Wood turning became Brian's hobby to help relieve the stress from his job at the TTC.
That was 20 years ago and he's never looked back. He has been a member of the WGO for 18 years and has gained great experiences and teachings from some of the world renowned guest turners that the Club has sponsored.
He enjoys teaching, spindle turning, bowl turning, and hollow form turnings. He is involved with skills night and assisting the WGO VP with finding and booking demos for the club.
In his basement, he has a fully equipped wood working studio/shop, where he spends numerous hours creating and working with his hands.
He hopes for the future is that COVID will become history and we can once again meet in person.
Best wishes for the holidays!
